In the preliminary works to prepare the recast of the EPBD (2009), the European Parliament had accepted the principle of a change of the EPBD to extend the inspection of air conditioning systems to ventilation systems.
This idea seems to have disappeared from the latest text of the EPBD recast (http://www.buildup.eu/publications/6620).
Is it true that it is abandoned?
