dear all,

At the IEE-CENSE website you will now find a summary of the main recommendations on a 2nd generation of CEN standards to support the EPBD.

http://www.iee-cense.eu/Feedback/Interim%20findings.aspx

The IEE CENSE project (2007-2010) supports the EU Member States (MS) and other target groups. The aim is to achieve better awareness and more effective use of the European (CEN) standards that are related to the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).

Because the full implementation appears far from trivial, the main aim of CENSE is to come to recommendations for a "second generation" of European standards.

A draft report on this subject can be downloaded from BUILD UP: http://www.buildup.eu/publications/8166. This report will be updated in the coming weeks.

At the website www.iee-cense.eu you will also find a high number of publications and PowerPoint presentations explaining the current set of CEN standards.
