Since two weeks my company is constructing the first passive house in Athens Greece. The house will be build under the full support and consulting of the German Passiv Haus Institut (Juergen Schnieders and his team).

More info on the first passive house in Athens

Could you please give us more information on the first passive house in Athens? It seems interesting and I couldn't find much on the webiste of the Passiv Haus Institut. Where is it located? What are the measures for saving energy, water, etc. Are RES installed and of what kind and power. Thank you.
