This electronic service is operated by Executive Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation (EACI) acting under powers delegated by the Commission of the European Communities which is represented by Mr. Patrick Lambert. The objective of the electronic service is to support the implementation of energy performance of building directive (2002/91/EC). The main activity consist of setting up mechanism for the transfer of information and know-how in order to help member states and building occupants to foster the implementation of concrete energy measures and buildings.

The day-to-day management lies with the service providers. The service providers are International Network for Information on Ventilation and Energy Performance EEIG (INIVE) and the following co-service providers: P.A.U. Education S.L., (PAU) and PRACSIS Sprl (PRACSIS).

Privacy Statement

While registering, your personal data will be collected and further processed for the purpose detailed above.

The following personal data are collected: name and surname, e-mail address, postal address, country, areas of interest and organization details.

All the personal data is recorded in a database hosted by the authorized organization. The database can be accessed only by authorized users using a User Id/Password. Access to the application is via a non-encrypted connection using the normal http protocol. Users may choose the privacy levels of their personal profiles; that is, whether only administrators, logged in members or the general public can see each item submitted.

The personal profile may be deleted by the personal User Id/Password or by contacting the service provider (www.buildup.eu/contact).

The personal data will remain in the database until the end of the project or earlier on request of the owner to delete it
