Energy efficient ventilation systems and equipment for healthy commercial and residential buildings

This community focuses on information and technology on Energy efficient ventilation for healthy buildings. The community is for professionals designing, installing and manufacturing ventilation systems and equipment. The community shares the results from the recent projects related to ventilation as well as relevant publications and upcoming events. The community is also a gateway to the current standardisation activities in the related area.

The requirements for good indoor air quality and energy efficiency have often been considered to conflict with each other. However, many buildings with low energy consumption in Europe seem to have also a lower rate of building related health symptoms. There are several ways to obtain significant savings in energy use in buildings and to improve indoor climate simultaneously. This community shares information on such ventilation technologies.
