Public buildings are leading category of buildings in EPDB implementation. In each public building must be visible displayed building certificate and such buildings are in focus of public interest. There are problems with existing buildings, which are old but no historical, where certificate does not fulfil existing requirements. Examples of different approaches to solve this and other problems related to public buildings are main topic of this community.
