Kurzzusammenfassung | This wood frame house of 162 m² has been built in 2008. It is equipped with a 8.5 kW wood stove, a solar thermal system for domestic hot water production (7.5 m² of solar collectors and a 500 litres water tank with an additional 3 kW electrical resistance) and a balanced ventilation system with heat recovery. The roof is partly covered with 26 m² of photovoltaic collectors (3 kW peak).

Lessons Learnt | The total primary energy consumption for heating, domestic hot water, lighting and ventilation is 35.7 kWh/m²/year and 18.4 kWh/m²/year when taking into account the photovoltaic electricity production.
