ICF manages 100,000 social housing dwellings in France. I am in charge of sustainable development, which includes definition and implementation of the company's environmental policy. I am involved in several European projects on energy efficiency: FRESH (IEE), E3SOHO (ICT PSP), BEEM-UP (FP7 Energy Eeb).

I was previously project manager at Delphis, A French network of social housing companies (www.delphis-asso.org). I was involved in the foundation of EURHONET, a network of housing companies from Sweden, Germany, Italy and France.

I am particularly involvd in financing energy retrofitting. I am developing the first energy performance contracts in social housing in France, which will include third party financing. I have recently published a collective article on the financial assessement of the green value in buildings. At ICF, financial models have been adapted to take into account the better financial performance of energy efficient buildings.
