This innovative technology works without any battery or wiring. The energy recovered during the manipulation is enough to emit a radio signal, which makes it possible, for example, to turn on the light.

The media library of Saint-Joseph (Reunion) questions the identity of the contemporary architecture of Reunion, that of the Sud Sauvage more precisely. It refers to images, block of basalt, fagot of vetyver, geko, kalbanon but especially for uses, taking again the progressiveness of the sequences of traditional entries, creating a progression between the public space and that of the intimate one.

Sulgrave Gardens comprises 30 family homes in four blocks with a mix of typologies (houses, apartments and maisonettes) and tenures (9 homes for affordable rent, 13 for shared ownership and 8 private houses) in a conservation area in West London. At the time of certification, Sulgrave Gardens was the largest Passivhaus development in London. The scheme is arranged in four blocks. Two are Passivhaus certified and two designed to Passivhaus principles.

Aeropolis is an urban UFO. Its compact form sits square on street alignment south just to show it does belong there, discretely steps back west liberating a sunny plaza like a breather off the busy boulevard, and humbly aligns its cornice levels with the massive KINETIX next door. The resulting built form wraps itself around a federating patio ensuring optimal daylight entry for all occupants. So it is a respectful UFO.

In 2016, Obvion issued Europe's first 100% green RMBS (Residential Mortgage Backed Security); meaning the assets backing the bond are green residential mortgages, ie. linked to energy efficient homes, and that the proceeds of the bond issuance will finance those green residential mortgages.   Part of Green Storm 2016, the pool contains a mix of energy efficient homes, as well as houses that have been refurbished to improve energy performance.
