Effinergie

This Effinergie guide, is intended for non-residential buildings’ users and focuses on the occupants’ behaviour and interaction with the building system- a key element to achieve the energy performance and comfort targets. It highlights the precautions needed to be taken and habits that need to be adopted or even changed. The recommendations cover: the installation process, the daily occupation, the service and maintenance and future works.

This document is the 2013 annual report of the following French labelling schemes for low energy buildings:- BBC-Effinergie for renovated buildings (this label was also given to new buildings for building permits issued until 31/12/2012), - Effinergie + for new buildings,- BEPOS-Effinergie 2013 for zero-energy buildings,taken from the figures supplied by the certifying bodies (Promotelec, Cequami, Cerqual and Certivéa).

The Association Effinergie published a report on the number of BBC-Effinergie labels that have been issued between 2007 and the 30th of September 2012. This concerns residential as well as non-residential buildings.   The report is based on the buildings certified by the associations Promotelec, Cequami, Cerqual and Certivéa.
