As energy prices and energy security concerns increase, and as information technology allows better performance tracking, building owners and occupants are seeking more information on the performance of their buildings. The net zero energy building is an idea that has captured technologists, architects and governments around the world. But is it possible?

The conference is addressed to energy policy makers at international, national, and local level, academic, researchers and energy efficiency experts, ESCOs, utilities, buildings energy and environmental managers, building engineers and architects, equipment manufacturers and commercial property investors, with the objective of promoting and diffusing the concept of energy efficiency in new and existing commercial buildings and increasing the market for low consumption and sustainable buildings.
