Support Services for Exploitation of Research Results (SSERR) for completed and ongoing research projects in the field of energy
Support Services for Exploitation of Research Results (SSERR), offers on-demand services to interested energy projects from FP7 (7th Framework Programme - Thematic Priority number 5 “ENERGY” of the “Co-operation” programme) and H2020 (Horizon 2020 - Societal Challenge “Secure, clean and efficient energy”), in order to maximise their value added and impact. The Directorate-General for Research and Innovation launched these services (available to completed and on-going projects) with the aim to support/advise the partners in their exploitation exercises and activities.
Project partners can request support for project risk analysis, exploitation strategy seminars, business plan development, assistance for patenting, brokerage events as well as ad hoc assistance. SSERR thus helps to bridge the gap between research outcomes and commercial products on the one hand, and researchers and businessmen on the other.
