SAVE ASIEPI

Wärmebrücken können an unterschiedlichen Stellen der Gebäudehülle auftreten und dort erhöhte Wärmeströme, niedrigere Innentemperaturen, Feuchte und Schimmel probleme sowie größere Transmissionswärmeverluste verursachen. Die Transmissionswärmeverluste führen zu höheren Heiz- und Kühlenergiebedarfswerten und werden u.a. besonders wichtig bei sogenannten Hocheffizienz- oder Niedrigstenergiegebäuden. Das EU Projekt ASIEPI hat nationale Informationen zu Wärmebrücken aus bis zu 17 EU-Mitgliedsstaaten plus Norwegen gesammelt und analysiert.

More specifically, the workshop has focused on the following issues : - Evaluation of impact of national EPBD implementation on severity of requirements, - Overview to what extent the implementation of the EPBD by the individual MS did result in more severe requirements in terms of energy efficiency and indoor climate specifications AND whether there is/has been a widening of the type of requirements (other buildings, more global requirements, indoor climate requirements, …),

Compliance and control are essential parts of successfully implementing the EPBD. The main recommendations and findings from reports collected vary significantly regarding EPBD implementation, the large potential for further savings, the needs for infringement procedures by the European Commission, the importance of an integrated approach to buildings and their systems, support for innovative technologies, the necessity of investment in awareness and motivation actions. The publication is a Summary report prepared in the framework of ASIEPI project.
