Concrete with mineral fiber for improve power insulation thermal/phonique, and fire protection, in order to construct some concrete batching plants in Europe.
 
The present invention (Patent FR 04 00402 of 31/08/07, inventor : André-Paul SOSSAH) relates to different concrete mixes and vegetable fiber (sawdust, fiber, Azobé species, Badi, wood density: about 1),
or treated wood fiber, wood species used are pine and poplar. The fiber is defined by its section expressed in hundredths of a millimeter, which varies from 12x100 to 30x400. The fiber of cork expressed in hundredths of a millimeter, which varies from 12x100 to 30x400. From concrete with beads of wool, glass, rock wool, 2 to 5 mm in diameter. From concrete with polystyrene beads, 2 to 5 mm in diameter. 
For a volume of 1 m3 of concrete, 20 -35 kg of vegetal fiber.
Concrete very fat : 500 cement kg, 600 dm3 gravel, 600 sand dm3
Concrete fat : 350 cement kg, 850 dm3 gravel, 425 sand dm3
Ordinary concrete : 200-300 cement kg, 900-1000 dm3 gravel, 300-475 sand dm3
Beco Series: 6 type of mixture that will receive a certain amount of water. 
A - at least two elements, concrete and vegetable fiber (sawdust, wood fiber,cork fiber), the concrete very-fat, concrete fat, ordinary concrete, 20-35 kg of vegetable fiber per m3. 
B - at least two elements, concrete and beads of a ordinary insulating, (beads of polystyrene, beads of glass wool, beads of rock wool), namely: concrete very-fat, concrete fat, ordinary concrete, 20-35 kg of beads ordinary insulating per m3. 
C - (Beco-force x) at least three elements, concrete with vegetable fiber, (sawdust, wood fiber,cork fiber), and metal fiber, (type FIBRAFLEX Saint-Gobain-Sevres), either: concrete very-fat, concrete fat, ordinary concrete, 20-35 kg of metal fiber per m3, and 20-35 kg of vegetable fiber per m3.
D - (Beco Force Y) at least three elements, concrete with beads of ordinary insulating (beads of polystyrene, beads of glass wool, beads of rock wool), and metal fibers (type FIBRAFLEX Saint-Gobain-Sevres), concrete very-fat, concrete fat, ordinary concrete, 20-35 kg per m3 of beads ordinary insulating, and 20-35 kg per m3 of metal fiber. 
E - at least three elements, concrete with vegetable fiber, (sawdust, wood fiber, cork fiber), and a classic metal frame, namely: concrete very-fat, concrete fat, ordinary concrete, 20-35 kg vegetable fiber per m3, and a classic metal reinforcement. 
F - at least three elements, concrete with beads ordinary insulating, (beads of polystyrene, beads of glass wool, beads of rock wool), and a classic metal reinforcement, namely: concrete very-fat, concrete fat, ordinary concrete, 20-35 kg per m3 of beads ordinary insulating, and a classic metal reinforcement.
