The ZEBRA2020 Data Tool offers a user-friendly presentation of indicators related to the overall building stock. It presents an overview of the current building stock, including renovation and construction, and monitors Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) activities by country, focusing on the ZEBRA2020 project target countries (Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom).
The tool aims to overcome data gaps and provide comprehensive datasets which support stakeholders in their efforts to consolidate the transition to a nearly Zero-Energy Building (nZEB) market place.
Specifically, the tool provides data in the following sectors:
- Equipment sales
- Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
In July 2015, a section will be integrated in the tool, tracking nZEB activities according to several criteria, such as: nZEB construction and renovation activities, data on technology sales, property values, etc. Furthermore, in October 2015, the tool will feature implemented policies in the building sector, which are linked to relevant quantitative indicators.
The tool is provided in the English language. Instructions on how to use the tool are provided in the following languages: English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Serbian, Spanish, and Swedish.
