With its 28 stories wing, VArquitectos’social housing (361) apartments tower promoted by Visesa for Bolueta neighborhood in Bilbao, Spain, is the world’s tallest Passive House certified building and is now completed! Air tightness achieved an n50=0.3 and heating demand is calculated  to be under than 7 kWh /(m²a). It surpasses in height last year’s student housing tower Handel Architects conceived for the Cornell Tech campus in New York.
