ZERO-PLUS project - Development of a framework for reliability-centered maintenance of NZE settlements

The monitoring and evaluation of the settlements’ performance is an essential part of the ZERO-PLUS project. The work that has been performed for the development of a functional and reliable monitoring scheme in each case study, as well as for the development and implementation of the intelligent models is reported in the present report. Furthermore, the interconnection of the case studies’ monitoring equipment, the intelligent models, the KPIs and the Web-GIS platform are also presented. This is the first version of the report. A second updated version will be released in June 2019.

The ZERO-PLUS project: “Achieving near Zero and Positive Energy Settlements in Europe using Advanced Energy Technology”, funded under the EC H2020 program, aims at the development and implementation of a comprehensive, cost-effective system for Net Zero Energy (NZE) settlements. The system is composed of innovative solutions for the building envelope, for building energy generation and management, and for energy management at the settlement level. The developed solutions will be implemented in four different demonstration projects throughout the EU, with varying climates and building types. The results of their implementation will be monitored and analysed. More information can be found at: http://www.zeroplus.org/
