Lithuanian experience on financing instruments for energy efficiency

Sustainable Energy Investment Forums (SEI Forums) is an initiative of the European Commission aiming to boost large-scale investment and financing for sustainable energy by working with national stakeholders. A series of SEI Forums will be organised in up to 15 Member States in 2016-2019.

 

This publication is a presentation made at the SEI Forum that was held in Prague on April 27, 2017. It describes the Lithuanian experience on financing instruments for energy efficiency namely on the Energy Efficiency Fund (ENEF) and the Multi-apartment Modernization Fund (DNMF).
