Share this Post:

This document (June 2013) shows the status of the implementation of the EPBD in Moldova. It was presented during an Energy Efficiency Coordination Meeting of the Energy Community in Vienna (June 2013). It shows how the requirements of the EPBD (calculation methodology, energy performance requirements, energy performance certificates, inspection of heating and air-conditioning systems, ...) have been or will be implemented.

The Energy Community is an international organisation dealing with energy policy, established by an international law treaty in October 2005 in Athens. The Parties to this treaty are the European Union and eight Contracting Parties from the South East Europe and Black Sea region ( Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, FYR of Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia and Ukraine).
