Prawo budowlane zmieniało się znacznie rzadziej niż w rekordowym 2019 r., to niewątpliwie miniony rok miał charakter bardziej rewolucyjny.   Przyniósł on bowiem kilka mocnych akcentów, szczególnie w swojej drugiej połowie.   Które z tych zmian okażą się efektywne, a które tylko efektowne – przekonamy się niebawem.

  Air infiltration in buildings has multiple consequences on energy use and indoor environmental quality. Therefore, in the last 10 years many countries have introduced requirements for building airtightness in their EP-regulation.   Those requirements often prescribe that a test is performed by a qualified tester and that every test performed is recorded in a database.  Hundreds of thousands of data are now available in Europe.

Multi service contracts is a method used for energy efficiency contracting to add other co-benefits such as lighting, indoor air quality, temperature, noise, esthetical values and well-being issues in the investments.   These co-benefits are included somehow in agreements (in 57% of the answers), but not in a systematical way.

Concept:   The construction industry still relies on centuries-old processes to manage complex projects. 3D printing with concrete could revolutionise construction. A lot of research on this has been conducted but very little attention has been paid to designing insulation for printed walls.
