Response was received from 17 European countries demonstrating a good geographical coverage of all parts of Europe. An analysis of answers to all 11 questions is presented. The conclusion was that the EPBD recast may have different effects in each European country. Comparison between the answers from different European countries also does not show any relation between responses and climate, geographic location or construction practice.
