The conference "Building Renovation" will present how public policies will contribute to triggering a renovation boom, financing models and technology solutions. It will showcase innovative examples of the energy-efficient, economic and sustainable renovations of domestic, public and commercial buildings and for social housing and outline approaches towards zero energy renovations.

A step-up in renovating buildings towards low energy consumption creates a triple-win situation: it provides a much needed impetus to the European economy, it contributes to the achievements of energy and climate targets and it decreases energy costs for citizens, businesses and public bodies.
