Monitoring by use of Energy Performance Certificates

The collection of Energy Performance Certificate data can lead to a better understanding of the actual energy quality of existing buildings in the European member states. In several countries such monitoring activities have already been implemented; In order to share these experiences the expert worksop is organised.
During thi event experiences with different data collection schemes and results of data analysing and cross-country comparison will be presented. Furthermore the question of data structure harmonisation and the possible contributions to large scale monitoring activities (e.g. in the framework of the Energy Service Directive) will be discussed.
