The conference addresses the position of ICT in our society. While sustainability and low carbon economy are at the very center of citizens' interest, ICT and digital solutions can be an important player to reach this sustainability. The conference will tackle themes such as the potential of digital solutions to promote sustainable growth in a low carbon economy, the continuing constructive role of ICT in the daily life of citizens and the importance of public participation in the innovation process.
