On 11-th of June 2010 will take place, in Ramnicu Valcea, in Valcea County Council audience between 9.30-17.00 hours, organized by The Romanian Associations for Housing – House Plus, The League of Homeowners Associations – Habitat and The County Union of Homeowners Associations Ramnicu Valcea, the conference with internationalparticipation: Building energy efficient houses, for affordable rental!
Will be subject to debate topics such as:
Þ The introduction of the “not for profit” concept in the housing development sector.
Þ The NGO’s activities, with roots in the local or regional romanian society, with one and sole objective: to stimulate the achievement of affordable quality housing and implementing a fair sistem of distribution / division. All incomes (profits) will be used solely for this purpose.
Þ Partnerships for building energy efficient houses, to affordable rental: the role of authorities (local and central), fascilities.
Þ Alternatives to National Housing Agency?
Þ Dutch experience in promoting rental housing.
Þ Financing solutions;
Þ Energy efficiency and affordable living (with accessible costs).
