Savills and the other members of the H2020-funded REVALUE project team will share the final results of four years' research, analysing the impact of energy efficiency on the value of residential real estate.
The project's findings have already led to some modifications in the latest RICS Red Book (the 2017 edition), to help housing providers determine the best value for money, when it comes to investing in energy efficiency. The international research tried to simultaneously understand and develop the relationship between financial decision-makers and technical energy efficiency specialists.
