This report from the French "Observatoire permanent de l'amélioration énergétique du logement (OPEN)" analyses the market for energy performance improvement of residential buildings in France in 2010. The market for maintenance and improvement of housing has decreased in 2010, but works to improve the energy performance are the only ones to progress. Owners are becoming more vigilant in terms of quality and choose technical solutions ever more efficient. Renovation concerns primarily insulation and improvement of heating systems.
