Energy Expo & Forum2018 comes as a second edition to the initial launch of Energy Expo & Forum 2017. This edition will focus on the high potential in Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia, Greece, Croatia and Serbia to invest in electricity. With great unused potential, Albania benefits from huge investment opportunities in this area, which also pertains to current electricity market policies. The new Renewable Energy Law adopted last year and the regulated legal framework will create new prospects for investments and cooperation.

ZERO-PLUS project - Development of intelligent models for realtime performance assessment of NZE settlements   The monitoring and evaluation of the settlements’ performance is an essential part of the ZERO-PLUS project. Under the framework of the task “Intelligent models for performance assessment and reliability-centered maintenance” intelligent data processing models have been developed. The models are intended to be incorporated in the Web-GIS platform for performance assessment and increased reliability of the ZERO-PLUS case studies’ implementation.

The Global Trends in Renewable Energy Investment report (GTR) is jointly prepared by the Frankfurt School UNEP Collaborating Centre for Climate & Sustainable Energy Finance, Bloomberg New Energy Finance and UN Environment. The Global Trends in Renewable Energy Investment report, formerly Global Trends in Sustainable Energy Investment, was produced for the first time in 2007 under UN Environment’s Sustainable Energy Finance Initiative (SEFI). It grew out of efforts to track and publish comprehensive information about international investments in renewable energy.
