The Compass Programme is a comprehensive programme covering the whole built environment, aimed at reaching the CO2-reduction goals as set in the Kyoto agreement.
Projects focus on development and implementation of enabling instruments for target groups to support them in taking actual measures in order to achieve CO2-reduction in general and saving energy in particular.
