Certification Centre of Building Products in Lithuenia (Statybos produkcijos sertifikavimo centras - SPSC) is independent State enterprise established in 1996. The founder of enterprise is the Ministry of Construction and Urban Development (currently Ministry of Environment). Activities are: certification of building products; technical approvals; European technical approvals; attestation of building specialists; attestation of construction organizations; attestation of specialists for certification of energy performance of buildings; certification of energy performance of buildings; certification of quality management systems according to ISO 9000; assesment of equipment for use outdoors.
