The Credit and Export Guarantee Fund KredEx was founded in 2001 by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications with the aim to improve the financing of small enterprises in Estonia, decrease export-related credit risks, enable people to build or renovate their homes and promote energy efficiency in Estonia.
