Build with CaRe (carbon reduction) is a European partnership that recognises the enormous potential for cost-effective energy savings in the building sector. We strive to make energy efficient building design the mainstream. We will achieve our ambition by engaging in activities involving marketing and publicity, education and training, planning, policy and research. Build with CaRe has 18 partner organisations in Sweden, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands and the UK. The partnership is partly funded by the Interreg IV B North Sea Programme.
