On 31 March the EC Commission published the latest call for project proposals within the Intelligent Energy-Europe funding programme. An overall sum of € 65 million will be available to fund projects which contribute to a wider spread of energy efficiency practices and to a greater use of renewable energy sources. The main funding areas and further information on the call (deadline: June 25, 2009) are available on the Intelligent Energy website.
