Certivea launches HQE international for non-residential buildings

Since its creation in 2006, Certivéa has become the French market referent for certification of non-residential buildings. To extend its expertise and expand into new markets, Certivéa created a new offering: "HQE international certification for non-residential buildings". 

This new offering has been tested on pilot operations in UK, Morocco, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium and Italy. Based on a generic international repository, this certification is established on four keys:  

The high environmental performance based on 4 major themes: Energy, Environment, Health and Comfort. The HQE is oriented towards the development of building performance, enhanced by a certificate indicating the overall level achieved (Pass, Good, Good, Excellent and criticisms about service).
