16th Efficiency Task Force meeting was held on October 4th, 2012 in Vienna.
Topics of this meeting were: recent developments in the energy efficiency policy of the EU, development of the 2nd National Energy Efficiency Action Plans in the Energy Community, progress on implementation of energy efficiency directives, good practices in energy efficiency funding, promotion of availability of information and capacity building for energy efficiency, and update on ongoing and planned donors’ support in 2013.
This event was followed by the Workshop on the 2nd National Energy Efficiency Action Plans in the Energy Community, which should be developed by the Energy Community Contracting Parties by 30 June 2013, due to latter adoption of Energy Service Directive in this region.

Energy Community Energy Efficiency Task Force is an expert group which supports various aspects of implementation of energy efficiency directives (including EPBD) in the Contracting Parties of the Energy Community (Western Balkan countries, Moldova and Ukraine).
