This report presents the findings of a brainstorming workshop organised in Brussels in February 2010 in the framework of the Intelligent Energy Europe (IEE) Programme. Around 20 participants from ongoing IEE projects gathered to air new ideas, to open the eyes of others and to establish their own place in laying the foundations of tomorrow's buildings: to contribute to a wave of change towards Nearly Zero Energy Buildings.
