With an engineering and business background, Alexander has followed a sustainability path since joining Greenpeace in the early 90's. Since 1996 he has been working as a freelance Consultant and Project Manager.

Focuses primarily on the environment sector and social issues, often working with not-for-profit organisations. Has planned, coordinated and implemented publicity projects (including production of printed media and development of websites and multimedia tools), fundraising schemes, studies and assessments, special events, trainings, information management initiatives and more. 

In 2001 Alexander co-founded the Sympraxis Team with Thanos Belalidis, following their collaboration in several projects. Sympraxis is a network of freelancers, as well as an actual company, doing projects in several European countries.
