Currently planning, designing and preparation of 'PassiVilla'. A zero-external energy villa in the most northern sub-arctic 'Klimat zone I' (north Sweden 63N 15E).
The goal is to use 100% natural Nuclear Energy from the Earth and the Sun with backup to the local electricity grid, which is producing 'green energy' from Water Power.
In summer, the excess SolarPV electricity will be 'buffered' to the local electricity grid (so, safeing water from their reservoirs). In the long dark cold (down to -35C) winters, 'buffered electricity' is retrieved from the electricity grid to supplement local PassiVilla SolarPV production.
The SolarPV electricity is used by the Geothermal Heatpump to produce absolute green Geothermal Heating.
