Since 2009, Nathalie has been working as Project Officer in the field of Energy efficient buildings at the European Commission's Executive Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation (EACI), which implements the EU's Intelligent Energy- Europe. She is in charge of a wide range of projects related mainly to education and training in the construction sector as well as large-scale campaigns to promote energy savings. Before joining the Agency, Nathalie worked as a Policy Officer on Sustainable Production and Consumption in a European federation of environmental NGOs. She also worked as a consultant on energy and environment policies. She holds a master's degree in Public administration/European affairs as well as a postgraduate research degree in Sociology and Public Policy analysis from Sciences Po Paris. She also holds a master's degree in Environment Management from the Free University of Brussels.
