Italian Renewable Energy Law is a mess.
Because it's a young, inexperienced law.
It is sometimes unclear, overlapping, changing fast.
Judges have a lot of work to do to make it consistent. And legal consultants too. They have to be prepared, willing to research. They have to double check the sources before answering.
There are no pre-packed answers in Renewable energy Law. There is just research.
That's what I do.
