I started being a Mechanical Engineer an turned into an Energy knowledgeable professional. 

I have started my career in the maintenance management activity, in thermoelectric power plants, for EDP. From 2006 till 2010, the object of my work was office buildings and data centers, belonging to Portugal Telecom. Principally in the maintenance management area, I pursued also every opportunity of developing energy management activity. Some significant achievements in energy and energy cost reductions were achieved. 

More recently, I have been responsible for the creation and development of an Energy Efficiency department of a Portuguese SME.

More focused on energy efficiency, given, not only, the professional experience in maintenance management of office buildings, but also the acquired notion of its lower cost in the context of CO2 emissions abatement.

Certified Energy Auditor - certification provided by ADENE. Willing to become a Certified in M&V Planning, given its appropriateness to Energetic Performance Contracting.

My desire is to keep developing work in energy services, in my country (and around the world) and also to provide knowledge to interested people (to be a trainer in energy related topics).
