PASS-NET - Communication towards public authorities - Joint report on financial support schemes

This report from the European project PASS-NET focuses on the know-how transfer towards public authorities (politicians and civil servants) about innovative building concepts, especially passive and very low energy houses and technologies. This study is based on the specific situation in Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden and United Kingdom and an intensive exchange of experience within the consortium relevant stakeholders from public authorities in these countries. The report describes the different forms of subsidies provided in the countries as well as the advantages and weaknesses of the instruments.
