The Czech Republic: EPBD compliance and control of legislation

This paper summarizes how in the Czech Republic the implementation of the EPBD has changed the national energy performance requirements and has affected the building stock. It describes the national way of handling with EPBD compliance and control and identifies interesting approaches and possible bottlenecks.
