Greece: impact, compliance and control of legislation

This paper summarises how the implementation of the EPBD in Greece has changed the national energy performance requirements and has influenced the building stock. It describes the national way of handling with EPBD compliance and control and tries to identify interesting approaches and possible bottlenecks.
