This year the European Energy Service Award will be bestowed for the fifth time. Since 2005 outstanding efforts and achievements for the development and success of energy services for energy efficiency in Europe are honoured. The award is offered in five categories:

  • Best European Energy Service Provider
  • Best European Energy Service Promoter
  • Best European Energy Service Project in the Commercial, Public and Lighting Sector

The award is a highlight of the European Energy Service Initiative which was developed and launched in 2009 to provide a promotional platform for energy services in Europe. Its principal aim is to increase awareness on the options and opportunities of energy services especially for energy efficiency, by showing its successes and to motivate others.

The Awards will be bestowed at the European Energy Service Day in September 2010. The application deadline is the 30th of April 2010.
