Comparison of the EP requirements among Member States - Climate influence on energy performance levels

As part of the development of the comparison method on energy performance (EP) requirement levels among Europe that was operated within the European Project ASIEPI, first development steps have been taken to incorporate a climate severity index in the method. This slide presentation describes these first steps.
