Economies et substitutions d'énergie dans les bâtiments
This report provides information about the heating and electricity consumptions of French buildings. It shows that dividing by 4 the CO2 emissions requires to combine energy savings of fossil fuels and substitution of renewable to fossil energies. It emphasizes the importance of energy savings in the building stock and looks at the most efficient insulation, heating and domestic hot water production techniques in the French context.
