Recast of the EPBD: the proposed changes in relation to energy performances calculation procedures
On the 13th of November 2008 the European Commission presented a proposal for the recast of the EPBD. The recast intends to strengthen the effectiveness and impact of the EPBD. This paper gives a brief overview of the proposed changes which may affect the energy performance calculation procedures in the Member States.
