An update on requirements for experts and inspectors
The objective of this Information Paper is to provide an update on the status of implementation of Article 10 of the EPBD which is concerned with the requirements of experts and inspectors. It summarises the progress made by Member States towards implementation. This Paper updates and complements Information Paper P005 which contains further background information on the requirements for experts and inspectors. There are also two other companion papers which provide case study examples of requirements for experts to issue EPCs (Information Paper P144) and for inspectors of boilers and air conditioning systems (Information Paper P145).
