Implementation of the EPBD in Estonia: Status and planning - May 2008
In Estonia, the requirements of the EPBD are transposed into the Building Act and the Energy Efficiency of Equipment Act. New energy performance requirements for the buildings became mandatory in January 2008; energy certification of buildings will start from January 2009.
